4. How long does it take to receive a quote?
Typically, we provide a detailed quote within 24 hours after receiving your 3D files (STEP, IGES, or Parasolid) and 2D technical drawings.
5. What is your standard lead time?
Lead times vary by complexity and quantity.
Prototypes: 3–5 days.
Production runs: 2–3 weeks depending on the process and surface finishing.
6. How do you ensure the quality of my parts?
Quality is our priority. We perform in-process inspections and a final quality inspection before shipping. We can provide Material Certifications and Full Inspection Reports (FAI) upon request.
7. How do you handle packaging for shipping?
We use customized protective packaging to ensure every part arrives in perfect condition. This includes anti-static bags, pearl cotton (EPE) cushioning, custom foam inserts, and sturdy wooden crates for heavy or fragile metal components.

We stand behind our work. If the parts do not meet the specifications on your approved drawings, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: we will rework the parts or provide a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a refund.
9. What inspection equipment do you use?
To maintain high precision, our QC department is equipped with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), optical projectors, thread gauges, digital calipers, and salt spray testers for surface durability.
