We collect only the technical and professional data necessary to execute your high-precision projects:

• Technical Data: CAD files (.STEP, .IGES), 2D drawings, material specifications, and GD&T requirements.

• Professional Contact Info: Names, corporate email addresses, and shipping details.

• Purpose: This data is used exclusively for DFM analysis, 5-axis CNC programming, and CMM quality validation.

Strict Intellectual Property (IP) Shield

100% Traceability & Retention

In compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, we maintain records for quality audits:

• Records Kept: Material Certs (MTR), CMM Inspection Reports, and Production SOPs are archived to ensure long-term part traceability.

• Data Deletion: Upon written request after project completion (and subject to regulatory record-keeping requirements), we will permanently purge your CAD files from our active production servers.
